Legos® have been a popular toy around the world for the past 65 years. Aside from being a simple toy of building blocks for kids they have expanded over the years with various projects, themes, and pieces being made where basically anything imaginable can be created. They have also inspired the production of various movies, YouTube videos, building competitions, amusement parks, Discovery Centres and more.

LEGOLAND® Discovery Centres are a smaller sized version of the equally popular LEGOLAND® Theme Parks. The Discovery Centres are billed as indoor family attractions featuring Lego® displays, and models, 4D movie experiences, play areas, Lego® Master Building Academies and more.

The LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto was opened in March 2013 and is now one of 11 LEGOLAND® Discovery Centres around the world and the only one in Canada.  If you are visiting Toronto with your family and little or big kids the LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre is a great place to visit to expand their imaginations.

Features of the Toronto LEGOLAND® include a Lego® Factory that you can take a guided tour of and see how plastic is transformed into colorful lego® pieces. If you are lucky you might even get to assist in making your very own piece of lego®. The Toronto LEGOLAND® also has a 4D cinema that takes you on an adventure that is out of this world, a Kingdom Quest Laser Ride where you can rescue a princess and zap away dangers with your very own laser, there is a firefighters jungle gym, a Lego® Construction site and even a Lego® Master Building Academy. At the Lego® Master Building Academy you can learn lego® building tips and tricks hands-on from the best Lego® builders in the city.
